With his unorthodox management style, ever-impulsive Michael Scott (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) continues to wreak havoc for the staff and hapless temp Ryan Howard (B.J. Novak). Little does Michael know, his unwanted protégé Dwight Shrute (Rainn Wilson) is planning a coup. Also in the works: Unexpected wedding bells chime and we finally get to visit the Shrute family beet farm business. Meanwhile, will Jim Halpert (John Krasinski) find a new love? What of Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer)? And in a sudden turn of events, Michael is forced to make a last ditch effort to save the company.

  • The Best Show on Television!

    By That1Guy
Airing Thursday nights at 8:30/7:30c on NBC, "The Office" is easily one of the best shows on television. Filmed documentary style in the vein of "A Mighty Wind" and "This is Spinal Tap", the show chronicles the adventures of Michael Scott (Steve Carell) and those who work at the Dunder Mifflin paper company in Scranton, PA. Painfully honest and at most times, excruciatingly funny, the third season's story picks up three months after the events of the "Casino Night" cliffhanger. Questions about Pam and Jim are answered, and the winds of change are obviously blowing at both the Scranton AND Stamford branch. The show may be changing, but one thing is for sure...the whole cast is superb and the stories are more original and truthful than anything else that can be found on television today. Jim, Pam, Dwight, Roy, Angela, Oscar, Kevin, Creed, Meredith, Ryan, Kelly, Toby, Josh, Jan, Phyllis, Stanley, and the rest of the Office staff all return, ready to shine in their perfectly cast roles again. All episodes are available for download on iTunes the day after the original airdate.
  • 25 episodes for the price of 15? Nice.

As many of us know, The Office is the best thing on American television so I don't need to go into how good the show is. But I think it's sweet that Apple is offering a season pass for $30. It's a sweet deal for people like me who have class Thursday nights and thus will repeatedly miss this season's episodes. My only complaint is it took Apple two days to get the season premiere up on iTunes when last season, they were up the Friday afternoon after. Oh well...
  • Hard to Say:

“The Office Season 3” brings higher production value (the role of unsteady camerawork as a character takes a backseat due to even slightly better standards), an entirely new batch of characters, and much more forced humor. Originally praised for it’s “subtle” jokes, “The Office Season 3” is already catering to a bigger audience with forced punch lines of its own kind (I can almost hear the studio laugh-track). Contrary to many reviews, “The Office” was never truly subtle to begin with (especially compared to its British provider), but structured and smart no doubt. This season of “The Office” already assumes that bigger is dumber, and we are getting force fed the predicable plot, which will probably resolve after a dragging series of expositions complete with trite character and environment comparisons. Michael’s ignorance and Dwight’s stupidity have escalated to make them both humanly unrecognizable. “The Office” has gone from a believable documentary carried by its acute observations of The Human Condition through the eyes of a lovable American workforce, to an over-the-top farce involving site gags and shock value. I’ll hope for the best, but might prefer savoring the days when low-budget meant clever writing, and true innovation meant staying on the air.
  • "Thats what she said. Or he said"

Great start to a whole new season of The Office. This show just gets funnier everytime you watch it, so buy it now! The funniest line just got better with the addition of 'he' to the joke of 'that's what she said.' I almost fell off the couch when Michael said this.
  • No 4th Season on iTunes

I am so disappointed in NBC. They should realize that iTunes viewership saved The Office from extinction and have a bit more loyalty!
  • Who's in charge of getting the latest episode to iTunes?

    By DryTown
I love the show. The painful awkwardness that we can all relate too, we can finally laugh at. And, for the first time, in a very long time, there is a TV show that I actually take extra measures to assure that I don't miss a thing. However, someone over at the studio needs to put serious gas in their engines and get moving on getting episodes up for download faster. I"m fiending over here. JEEZE!!

The Office is back with it's thid season. A fake documentary film crew has come to film life in the failing office of Dunder-Mifflin Paper Company Scranton. Jim Halper, Pam Beasley, Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute, and Ryan Howard are the main characters in this hilarious comedy based of the BBC version under the same name. Other characters include: Stanley Hudson, Phyliss Lapley (soon to be Phyliss Vance), Oscar Martinez (a recently gay come out), Angela Martin (Dwights secret uptight girlfriend), Kevin, Toby, Kelly, and Creed Branton. The Office is hilarious with edgy jokes from Michael, the boss, and great pranks from Jim who recently transfered from Scranton to Stamford. This show is so funny you have to buy it.

One of the best seasons of the best show I've ever seen!
  • Hitting its peak

    By hopeful_romantic007
Every show has its peak, and for the Office that's the period from late season 2 to the end of season 5. Of course, that includes all of season 3, which is sort of a peak within a peak. Perhaps the most clever material was in seasons 2 and 4 but you can't beat season 3 for pure irreverant humor. Whether its Jim putting Andy's phone in the ceiling, or Dwight thinking he's in the CIA, the season's episodes will have you laughing til your sides hurt and leave you with something to smile about at the end of a long day.
  • Best Show on TV

    By Themacdeezy
This is probably the best season of the best show on television in the last ten years! The characters really start coming together around this time. So much so that it all feels natural. Watching this show just puts a big smile on my face.
